Impacts of National Reserve Forest Program on Green Social Development
National reserve forest establishment is a key issue concerning the high-quality development of forest and grassland industries.The paper reviews the origin and operation mode of the national reserve forest program,with the focus on the characteristics of the program.In view of forest resources and ecological improvement,achievements of dual carbon goals,and regional economic development pattern,the paper also analyzes the impact of the national reserve forest program on the green development of the society,and summarizes problems and deficiencies in the implementations of the national reserve forest program.Based on the analysis,the measures to be taken for the next step are put forward so as to provide references and bases for promoting the high-quality development of forest and grassland industries in a scientific manner,including more emphasis on government policy support and monitoring & checks,more support to the technology innovation and facilitation of the experience sharing in terms of the program implementation between regions.
