Influencing Factors to Forestry Carbon Sequestration Trading in Shanxi Province
Based on the data from the 7th to 9th Forest Resources Inventory in Shanxi Province,the three-level influencing factor system for forest carbon sequestration trading in Shanxi Province is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the factors at all levels are weighed.The results show that policy,professionals,legal framework,third-party certification body and carbon sequestration awareness are the main factors affecting the forestry carbon sequestration trading in Shanxi Province.In order to better promote the carbon sink trading in the province,the paper proposes to:1)continuing to improve the carbon sequestration function of forests,and give full play to the orienting role of policies;2)strengthening the cultivation of professionals;3)paying attention to the revision and improvement of laws and regulations;4)build qualified third-party certification bodies;and 5)enhancing the dissemination and continuously increase public awareness of carbon sequestration.
