摘要
疼痛是中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者的常见临床表现,严重影响了患者的生活质量和抗肿瘤治疗,因此需要广大妇科肿瘤医师对肿瘤患者的疼痛引起重视,了解常见妇科恶性肿瘤疼痛的原因及临床表现,熟悉如何对患者的疼痛进行合理评估,并根据评估结果进行个体化综合治疗.妇科恶性肿瘤疼痛的原因及临床表现有其特征性,处理遵循一般癌痛处理原则,但也有其特殊性.本文对妇科恶性肿瘤疼痛的原因、评估及治疗作一综述,旨在为妇科肿瘤疼痛的个体化、规范化处理提供参考.
Abstract
Pain is a common clinical manifestation in patients with middle-and advanced-stage gynecological malignancies,which seriously affects their quality of life and antitumor treatment.Therefore,it is necessary for gynecological oncologists to pay attention to the pain of tumor patients,understand the causes and clinical manifestations of common gynecological malignant tumor pain,be familiar with how to reasonably evaluate patients′ pain,and provide personalized comprehensive treatment based on the evaluation result.The cause and clinical expression of pain in gynecologic malignancies have distinct features,and the treatment adheres to the primary guidelines of cancer pain management,but it also has unique characteristics.This article reviews the cause,assessment,and treatment of pain in gynecologic malignancies with the goal of providing references for the individualized and standardized management of pain in gynecological tumors.
