内皮脂肪酶(LIPG)在脂蛋白代谢、细胞因子表达和细胞脂质组成中起关键作用.到目前为止,LIPG的广泛研究主要集中在其机制和参与代谢综合征,如动脉粥样硬化.然而,最近研究发现,LIPG在恶性肿瘤中起重要作用.本文综述了LIPG的研究领域,关注LIPG在脂质代谢中的作用,并强调其参与恶性肿瘤发生进展的最新证据.最后,本综述讨论了靶向LIPG在治疗策略中的潜力.
Research progress of LIPG in cancer progression
Objective Endothelial lipase(LIPG)plays a key role in lipoprotein metabolism,cytokine expression and cellular lipid composition.Until now,extensive research on LIPG has focused on its mechanisms and involvement in metabolic syndromes such as atherosclerosis.However,recent studies have found that LIPG plays an important role in malignant tumors.This article reviews the research field of LIPG,focusing on the role of LIPG in lipid metabolism,and highlights the latest evidence of its involvement in the development and progression of malignant tumors.Finally,this review discusses the potential of targeting LIPG in therapeutic strategies.
