摘要
结直肠癌患者围术期并发症、手术创伤及出院后的管理等复杂问题往往难以全面规范、高效的解决.如何科学、规范、全程管理好结直肠外科围手术期患者是结直肠外科未来发展亟待解决的问题,随着围手术期外科之家(PSH)整体化管理理念的提出及开展,逐渐补充、拓展了加速康复外科(ERAS)内容,结直肠癌围手术期引入并实施PSH理念将提高结直肠癌围手术期的管理效率,使结直肠癌围手术期进入新纪元,提高医疗服务质量,增加患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective The complex problems such as perioperative complications,surgical trauma and post-discharge management of patients with colorectal cancer are often difficult to be comprehensively standardized and efficiently solved.How to manage perioperative patients in colorectal surgery in a scientific,standardized and holistic manner is an urgent problem to be solved in the future development of colorectal surgery.With the proposal and development of the holistic management concept of perioperative Surgical Home(PSH),the content of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery(ERAS)has been gradually supplemented and expanded.The introduction and implementation of PSH concept in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer will improve the management efficiency of the perioperative period of colorectal cancer,make the perioperative period of colorectal cancer enter a new era,improve the quality of medical service and increase patient satisfaction.
