摘要
干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)是机体自身免疫反应的重要信号转导分子,并在临床研究中有良好的抗肿瘤效果.STING激动剂与其他免疫检查点、放疗、化疗等联合使用,可以最大程度地减少肿瘤治疗的副作用,其在肿瘤治疗领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文通过药智网、PubMed、中国知网等网站检索STING靶点药物相关数据,对STING激动剂的作用机制及临床研究进行归纳分析,为后续STING激动剂的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Objective Stimulator of interferon genes(STING)is an important signal transduction molecule in the body's autoimmune response and has good anti-tumor effect in clinical research.STING agonists can be used in combination with other immune checkpoints,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.,which can minimize the side effects of tumor treatment,and it has broad application prospects in the field of tumor treatment.In this paper,we searched the relevant data of STING target drugs through PharmaIntelligence,PubMed,CNKI and other websites,summarized and analyzed the mechanism of action and clinical research of STING agonists,and provided reference for the subsequent research of STING agonist.
