Objective To analyze the relationship between postoperative nutritional support and rapid rehabilitation in patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods A total of 460 patients with gastrointestinal tumor in Dazu District People's Hospital of Chongqing from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method, the observation group(n=230)and the control group(n=230)were divided into two groups. The observation group received targeted enteral nutrition, while the control group received parenteral nutrition. The clinical efficacy, nutritional status and immune function related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.33%in the observation group and 87.4%in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total albumin, albumin, transferrin and prealbumin between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the total albumin, albumin, transferrin and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group increased after surgery(P<0.05),while CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the control group decreased after surgery(P<0.05).There were significant differences in IgA and IgG between the two groups before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted enteral nutrition in patients with gastrointestinal tumors can promote the therapeutic effect of patients, help to improve the nutritional status of patients, and improve the immune function of patients to a certain extent, and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
