Value of combined detection of serum sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF and KL-6 in the early clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1),chitosinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1),tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)and salivary glycosylated antigen(KL-6)in the early clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods Fifty-two patients with stage I pancreatic cancer admitted from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the pancreatic cancer group, and 50 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF,KL-6 and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF,KL-6 and serum CA19-9,and the value of the combined detection of these indicators in the clinical diagnosis of stage I pancreatic cancer was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results The serum levels of sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF,KL-6 and CA19-9 in pancreatic cancer group were higher than those in control group(t=6.825,8.359,7.553,6.814,11.532,P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF and KL-6 were significantly positively correlated with CA19-9(r=0.647,0.746,0.697,0.693,P<0.05).ROC curve showed that sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF,KL-6 and CA19-9 had certain clinical auxiliary diagnostic value in stage I pancreatic cancer(AUC=0.812,0.888,0.850,0.827,0.958,P<0.05),and the value of combined detection for clinical assistant diagnosis was higher(AUC=0.970,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum sICAM-1,CHI3L1,TSGF,KL-6 and CA19-9 have high clinical value in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
