Wnt信号通路和免疫治疗疗效的研究现状

Wnt/β-catenin信号传导是调节干细胞自我更新、细胞增殖、分化与凋亡及组织稳态的一种高度保守的途径;其在控制细胞稳态中起主要作用,包括对免疫细胞的发育和功能的严格调节.Wnt蛋白还调节效应T细胞的发育、调节性T细胞的激活和树突状细胞的成熟.Wnt信号传导调节肿瘤细胞和免疫细胞在癌症免疫治疗中的行为,从而以不同的方式影响肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效.靶向Wnt/β-catenin信号传导与癌症免疫治疗的联合疗法将是极其有益的,具有广阔的临床应用前景.本文阐述了 Wnt信号通路的作用机制及其在免疫治疗中的作用,进而讨论了 Wnt与肿瘤免疫治疗的关系以及相关药物研究现状.
Research status of Wnt signaling pathway and immunotherapy efficacy
Wnt/β-catenin signaling is a highly conserved pathway that regulates stem cell self-renewal,cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and tissue homeostasis.Wnt plays a major role in controlling cell homeostasis,including strict regulation of the development and function of immune cells.Wnt proteins also regulate effector T-cell development,regulatory T-cell activation and dendritic-cell maturation.A combination therapy that targets Wnt/β-catenin signaling and includes cancer immunotherapy would be highly beneficial and have broad clinical application prospects.In this article,the mechanism of action of Wnt pathway and its role in immunotherapy were described,and the relationship between Wnt and tumor immunotherapy was discussed,as well as the research status of related drug.
