Research progress of correlation between inflammation index/nutrition score, sarcopenia and prognosis of lung cancer by immunotherapy
Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)monotherapy or combined chemotherapy have become the first-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).But not all patients can benefit from immunotherapy,so it is crucial to find meaningful biomarkers to select the right patients.Inflammation, nutrition and sarcopenia play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of lung cancer. This article reviews the progress of research on the correlation between inflammatory index/nutritional score, sarcopenia and the prognosis of advanced NSCLC undergoing immunotherapy. The aim is to select the prognostic indexes of immunotherapy and guide clinical application.
