摘要
肺癌每年发病率和死亡率均居我国恶性肿瘤首位.随着低剂量胸部CT在体检中的普及,早期肺癌的检出率有极大提高.由于早期肺癌淋巴结转移率低,且术前评估不易获得准确的淋巴结病理分期,所以术中如何正确评估淋巴结分期引起临床医师的重视.为了寻找到一个合适的淋巴结切除方式,国内外做了大量的研究.本文针对临床Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结切除方式进行了总结和综述.
Abstract
The annual incidence and mortality of lung cancer ranks first among malignant tumors in China.With the popularization of low-dose chest CT physical examination,the detection rate of early lung cancer has greatly improved.Due to the low rate of lymph node metastasis in early lung cancer and the difficulty in obtaining accurate lymph node pathological staging by preoperative evaluation,clinicians pay attention to how to correctly evaluate lymph node staging during surgery.In order to find a suitable way of lymph node resection,a lot of research has been done at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the lymph node resection mode of clinical stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer.
