摘要
探寻习近平法治思想源流,有助于科学把握其形成的时代背景和历史脉络,深刻认识这一思想的理论、实践和历史逻辑.马克思主义法治理论、中国特色社会主义法治理论和中华优秀传统法律文化是其形成的理论根基、学理来源和文化渊源.中国特色社会主义法治建设是这一思想的实践根基.习近平同志个人品格和素养是这一思想创立的内在因素,即坚定的政治信仰和真挚的人民情怀、深厚的理论功底和优秀的文化素养、忠实的法治信仰和缜密的法治思维是其创立的精神内核、内在品质和内驱动力.
Abstract
The exploring of the origin and development of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law is helpful to grasp the background of the times and the historical context of the establishment of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law,and to understand the theory,practice and historical logic of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law.Marxist theory on rule of law,socialist theory on rule of law with Chinese characteristics and traditional fine legal culture are the theoretical foundation,theoretical source and cultural source of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law.The construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the solid practical foundation of the Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law.Personal character and accomplishment are the internal factors of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law,that is,firm political belief and sincere feelings of the people are the spiritual core of the thought,profound theoretical foundation and excellent cultural quality are the inner qualities of the thought,and the faithful belief and careful thinking of the rule of law are the inner driving forces.
