Effect of Teachers'Professional Self-cognition on Professional Self-development Consciousness:the Chain Mediating Role of Professional Belief and Professional Motivation
727 primary and middle school teachers in Northwest Contiguous Destitute Areas were surveyed by the Questionnaire of Teacher Professional Self-development Awareness.The relationship between professional be-liefs and professional motivations in teachers'career self-awareness and professional self-development awareness was explored.The results showed that:(1)there was a significant positive correlation between teachers'profes-sional self cognition,professional belief,professional motivation and professional self development consciousness.(2)professional motivation plays a a part-mediated role between teachers'professional self cognition and profes-sional self development consciousness.(3)professional beliefs and professional motivation play a chain mediating role in the relationship between professional self cognition and professional self development consciousness.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening teachers'professional cognitive education,strengthening teachers'professional emotion training,and improving teachers'professional ideal.
