With the development of information technology,new media has become a trend and an indispensa-ble means in teaching because it conforms to the learning habits and characteristics of contemporary college students.At the same time,the ideas and values of college students are also impacted by the multi-trend of thought,resulting in some new problems that need to be solved,such as deviation from the mainstream values,weak ideals and beliefs.This requires us to make good use of the"double-edged sword"of new media,integrate it from multiple dimensions into the ideological and political course,do a good job in the innovation of ideas and mod-els of ideological and political course teaching,achieve the whole process,all-round education,and give full play to its role of ideological guidance.
