Longdong oil and gas field working area of Changqing Oilfield spans five provinces(regions)including Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,and Shanxi,providing safe and stable gas supply to more than ten large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,and Xi'an.Accelerating the development of shale oil and gas in Longdong is the common goal of the people of Changqing Petroleum.This article analyzes and combs the development potential of Changqing Longdong shale oil and gas and the construction of development emergency mechanism,combining with the actual development of Changqing Oilfield with high quality and efficient profit dif-ferentiation,highlighting the development direction of Longdong Oilfield to adhere to increase production,improve quality and efficiency.The research focuses on the guiding role of six mechanisms for improving emergency re-sponse measures and the team spirit of enterprise employees,providing practical basis for stabilizing production and increasing efficiency in Longdong Oil and Gas Field of Changqing Oilfield.
