劳动与教育相结合是中国共产党的优良传统,中国共产党对于高校劳动教育的探索从新民主主义革命时期突出劳动教育的革命导向与突出政治,到如今注重综合育人与全面发展,实现了高校劳动教育属性更深层次的转变.以"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"这一教育基本问题为主线,探究中国共产党关于开展高校劳动教育育人政策的历史进程,集中体现在始终坚持党的全面领导,坚持社会主义办学方向;始终坚持以人民为中心的教育理念;始终遵循教育规律,立足基本国情逐步探索等基本经验.对此,新时代高校劳动教育实践应着力推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设,构建家庭、学校、社会多元共同体机制,加强师资队伍建设,分级递进开展劳动教育.
The combination of labor and education has been a tradition of the CPC.The CPC's exploration of labor education in higher education institutions has evolved from emphasizing the revolutionary orientation and polit-ical prominence of labor education during the New Democratic Revolution period to focusing on comprehensive edu-cation and overall development today,achieving a deeper transformation in the educational nature of labor education in universities.Centering on the fundamental educational questions of"who to train,how to train,and for whom to train,"the exploration of the CPC policies on labor education in universities throughout history is manifested in consistently upholding the comprehensive leadership of the Party,adhering to the socialist direction of education;consistently adhering to a people-centered educational philosophy;and always following educational principles,and gradually exploring based on the basic national conditions.In this regard,the practice of labor education in univer-sities in the new era should focus on promoting the integrated construction of labor education across primary,sec-ondary,and tertiary levels;building a diverse community mechanism involving families,schools,and society;and strengthening the construction of teaching staff,conducting labor education in a graded and progressive manner.
