Current Chinese economy is in a period of transitioning from high-speed growth to high-quality devel-opment.As a green,sunrise,and happiness industry,sports industry plays an important role in transforming the eco-nomic development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the driving force of economic growth.Starting from the current situation of investment and financing in the sports industry,this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of investment and financing in China's sports industry,as well as the problems of imbalanced and insufficient investment in the sports industry,unclear nature of investment entities,single investment mecha-nism,imperfect financing system,limited market role,narrow financing channels,and single financing methods.On the basis of conforming to the development trend of investment and financing policies in the sports industry,the evo-lution of investment and financing policies in the sports industry is divided into five stages:planned development peri-od,reform and opening up period,active exploration period,relative stagnation period,and strategic development period.The specific policies in each stage are discussed,and the relationship between investment and financing poli-cies in the sports industry and the current situation is explained to promote the implementation of investment and fi-nancing policies in the sports industry and create a new pattern of high-quality development in the sports industry.
