新时代公安院校警察职业伦理建设路径探究

摘要
随着中国特色社会主义建设进入新时代,公安工作和公安队伍建设都面临新的挑战,探索新时代马克思主义伦理学的内涵,结合"枫桥经验"进一步明确新时代警察职业伦理的内在要求.继而探究公安院校职业伦理建设路径,重点发挥思想政治教育的引领性作用,运用马克思主义伦理学的科学分析方法探析新时代警察伦理学的重点要义;加强与人文社科的学科交流,利用中华优秀传统文化引导学生树立文化自信的理念,并结合课堂教学实践创新教学方式,再通过课程设计、人文精神导入、翻转课堂等方式,进一步创新警察职业伦理的培养模式,提高公安院校警察职业伦理教育能力,夯实忠诚使命的思想根基.
Abstract
As China's socialist construction enters a new era,police work and police force construction are fa-cing new challenges.It is necessary to explore the connotation of Marxist ethics in the new era and further clarify the intrinsic requirements of police professional ethics based on the"Fengqiao Experience".The path of profession-al ethics construction in police academies should be explored,with a focus on the leading role of ideological and po-litical education,using the scientific analytical method of Marxist ethics to analyze the key tenets of police ethics in the new era.Strengthen interdisciplinary exchanges with the humanities and social sciences,and use traditional Chinese culture to guide students to establish a sense of cultural confidence.Combine classroom teaching practice with innovative teaching methods,such as course design,humanistic spirit introduction,and flipped classroom,to further innovate the cultivation model of police professional ethics and enhance the ability of police professional eth-ics education in police academies.Strengthen the ideological foundation of loyalty and mission.
