摘要
高质量就业是高校人才培养的重要指标,以就业为导向推动学科专业一体化建设迫在眉睫.高校学科建设与专业建设的"割裂"与异化,成为实现高质量就业的障碍.以高质量就业为中心点,全面分析学科与专业建设的疏离原因,构建学科建设、专业建设与高质量就业之间的关联体系,明确学科专业一体化协同发展的现实路径,助力毕业生高质量就业和大学内涵发展.
Abstract
High-quality employment is a crucial indicator of talent cultivation in universities,and it is impera-tive to promote the integration of disciplines and majors with employment as the orientation.The"separation"and alienation between discipline construction and major development in universities have become obstacles to achieving high-quality employment.This paper takes high-quality employment as the central point,comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the disconnection between discipline and major construction,constructs a relational system between discipline construction,major development,and high-quality employment,clarifies the practical path for the coor-dinated development of disciplines and majors,and facilitates the high-quality employment of graduates and the in-ternal development of universities.
