摘要
伴随我国教育向大众化持续推进,高校招生规模不断扩大,毕业生人数逐年增加,大学生面对前所未有的就业压力与挑战.基于马克思主义哲学的价值与价值取向理论范畴分析,可知大学生在职业目标、职业认知、职业评价、职业选择方面呈现不同特点,这是社会、学校、家庭、个人等多元因素影响的结果,坚持马克思职业选择观的指导,追求人类幸福和自身完美,提升职业能力素养,引导大学生树立正确的就业价值取向,推动大学生成功择业、顺利就业.
Abstract
With the promotion of China's education to the popularization,the scale of college enrollment is ex-panding and the number of graduates is increasing.College students are facing employment pressure and challen-ges.Based on the analysis of value and value orientation in Marxist philosophy,college students have different characteristics in career goals,career cognition,career evaluation and career choice,which is the result of the in-fluence of multiple factors such as society,school,family and individual.We should adhere to the guidance of Ma-rx's career choice concept,pursue human happiness and self-perfection,improve professional ability,guide students to establish the correct employment value orientation,and promote students to choose careers successfully and find jobs smoothly.
