为完善钢筋桁架叠合板的理论体系,推动其在工业化建造中的应用,开展1 块足尺钢筋桁架叠合板与1 块足尺现浇板的静载受弯试验,分别从承载能力、变形特征等受弯性能的力学指标参数对比分析;在此基础上,针对该类叠合板的特点,对预制底板生产及叠合板施工技术的具体应用展开研究,给出叠合板的生产流程、技术要点及运输安装等关键技术要领,提出操作性强的建造总流程方案,以期为建筑行业从业人员提供参考.
In order to improve the theoretical system of steel truss concrete laminated slabs,and promote their ap-plication in industrialized construction,static load bending tests were conducted on a full-scale reinforced truss con-crete laminated slab and a full-scale cast-in-situ slab.The mechanical index parameters of bending performance such as bearing capacity and deformation characteristics were compared and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of this type of composite board,research is conducted on the specific application of prefabricated bottom plate pro-duction and composite board construction technology.The production process,technical points,and key transporta-tion and installation technology of composite boards are provided,and a highly operational construction process plan is proposed,hoping to provide reference for practitioners in the construction industry.
