This article focuses on the issues of poor flow ability, strong permeability, and low strength in the solidi-fication process of washed sand sludge.A high-flow and water-repellent solidification agent for washed sand sludge was developed.Seven different ratios of solidification agents were designed and tested to evaluate their impact on the performance of the solidified soil, including flow ability, water absorption, compressive strength, and water sta-bility.The research results indicate that Combination 2(42.5%cement,30%fly ash,16%slag,10%magnesi-um oxide,3.5%polycarboxylate superplasticizer,4.5%calcium stearate,12%sodium silicate)performs the best, demonstrating good flow ability, strength, impermeability, and water stability. The key to improving the over-all performance of the solidified soil lies in the appropriate selection and dosage of water reducing agents, water re-pellents,and the proper incorporation of mineral admixtures. In comparison to traditional ordinary cement-based and admixture-based solidification agent formulations, the proposed high-flow and water-repellent solidification a-gent formulation in this study exhibits superior performance, demonstrating innovation and practical value. It effec-tively addresses the issues in the solidification process of washed sand sludge and promotes technological develop-ment in this field.
