摘要
槐角苷及其苷元染料木素为中药槐角的主要化学成分,在槐角中含量高,具有多种生物活性作用.通过查阅大量国内外文献和相关图书资料,发现其在抗癌防癌、防治骨质疏松症、抗心血管疾病、抗氧化、抗炎、避孕、保护神经、抗辐射、增强免疫和抗哮喘等多方面的应用均具有重要意义,可为传统中医药的发展提供更广阔的前景.
Abstract
Sophoroside and genistein are the major chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine Sopho-ra japonica,in which they are abundant and possess a variety of biological active properties.Through reviewing ex-tensive domestic and international literature as well as relevant books,Sophoricoside and genistein were revealed to be of importance in a variety of applications,such as anticancer and cancer prevention,anti-osteoporosis,anti-car-diovascular disease,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,contraceptive,neuroprotective,anti-radiation,immune-en-hancing,and anti-asthmatic,which could contribute to the development of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a broader perspective.
