应用型大学过程装备与控制工程专业校企合作定制班人才培养模式研究

摘要
受地理条件、社会经济和办学水平影响,应用型大学在发展过程中存在人才培养和就业质量不高,就业压力增大等突出问题.以应用型大学过程装备与控制工程专业为例,从完善顶层设计入手,以社会和企业需求为导向,探索构建工程教育专业认证背景下的校企合作定制班人才培养模式,对提升过程装备与控制工程专业人才培养和就业质量、缓解就业压力具有十分重要的作用.
Abstract
Affected by geographical conditions,socio-economic conditions,and educational level,applied universi-ties face prominent problems such as low quality of personnel training and employment,and increasing employment pressure in the development process.This article takes the Process Equipment and Control Engineering major in ap-plied universities as an example,starting from improving the top-level design,guided by social and enterprise needs,to explore the construction of a customized class personnel training model for school enterprise cooperation under the background of engineering education professional certification.It plays a very important role in improving the quality of process equipment and control engineering talent training and employment,and alleviating employment pressure.
