Research on the Separation,Identification and Characteristics of Grassland Plant Growth Promotion Rhizobacteria Resources to Promote Experimental Teaching of Grassland Microbiology——A Case Study on Grassland Microbiology of Gansu Agricultural University
The exploration and utilization team of grassland beneficial microbial resources in Gansu Agricultural U-niversity has been researching plant growth promotion rhizobacteria,postgraduate training and undergraduate re-search training for nearly 30 years.Plant growth promotion rhizobacteria sample collection,strain screening,cul-ture,identification and characteristic research were set up in the experimental teaching of grassland microbiology.This experiment effectively promoted the experimental teaching reform of grassland microbiology in grassland science of Gansu Agricultural University,the innovative thinking and experimental skills of undergraduates in scientific re-search have been improved,and their learning enthusiasm has been enhanced.We need to achieve the goal of sci-entific research to promote the teaching of grassland microorganisms and promote the improvement of the profession-al training program in grassland science and the reform of the experimental course content.
