摘要

针对多功能应用需求,提出一种宽带片式有源阵列的解决方案.有源阵列包含8个有源子阵,为了实现高集成、可扩展、低剖面设计,有源子阵采用三层片式架构,天线单元、T/R组件及延时多功能模块之间采用垂直互连.天线单元层、T/R组件层以及延时多功能模块层均依托冷板进行装配,外部电源及控制通过延时多功能模块分配到T/R组件.测试结果表明:在瞬时带宽4 GHz、±45°扫描范围内,通过全时延补偿实现波束指向偏差接近1/10波束宽度.

Abstract

A wideband tiled active array is proposed for multifunction application.The active array consists of eight sub-arrays.In order to achieve high integration,scalability,and low profile,a three-layer tiled architecture is adopted,with the antenna elements,T/R modules and time-delay multifunctional modules vertically interconnected,and they are all assembled by cold plates.Exter-nal power supply and control are distributed to the T/R modules through the time-delay multifunc-tional modules.The test results of the active array show that within the instantaneous bandwidth of 4 GHz and the scanning range of±45°,the beam pointing deviation is nearly 1/10 of the beam width through full time-delay compensation.
