摘要

设计一种对称型天线舱框架结构,运用强迫风冷散热技术解决组件密集排布状态下天线舱冷却问题,采用组件与框架之间形成风道对冷却风进行导流,实现对组件的精确控温,确保各组件表面温度一致.对冷却系统进行热计算和数值模拟,探索实现各组件等量送风的关键和解决方案.计算和测试结果表明,天线舱内各组件FPGA温度一致性在±10 ℃以内,满足系统等量送风的指标要求,达到天线舱散热的目的.

Abstract

A symmetrical frame structure of antenna cabin is designed,and forced air cooling tech-nology is used to solve the cooling problem of the antenna cabin under the condition of densely dis-tributed components.The cooling air is diverted by an air duct formed between the components and the frame,achieving precise temperature control of the components and ensuring consistent surface temperature of each component.Thermal calculation and numerical simulation are conducted on the cooling system to explore a stable and reliable thermal design method with equivalent air supply for each component.The simulation and test results show that the temperature of the FPGAs of each component in the antenna cabin is consistent within±10 ℃,meeting the system requirements for equivalent air supply and achieving the purpose of heat dissipation of the antenna cabin.
