In order to leverage the advantages of electronic scanning for phased array radars with mechanical scanning,a method for establishing key sectors is proposed based on simultaneous me-chanical and phase scanning radar.The working principles and implementation methods of building key sectors are described through modeling and simulation analysis.The method aims to enhance the target detection capability in key sectors effectively.The simulation and analysis results vali-date the correctness of the method,indicating certain reference value for engineering applications.
