摘要

光频域中的变频技术具备宽带处理能力,光变频模块可以有效处理频率范围较宽的信号,这对于后端大容量、高速率的数据传输有明显帮助.提出一种射频滤波器组信道化和光下变频相结合的电光混合变频信道化模块,实现(6~19)GHz的大带宽下的4路信道化下变频到(0.5~4.5)GHz中频信号,且具备良好的中频信道带外抑制能力,并基于Opti-system、M atlab软件对该模块开展联合仿真验证,对模块实物的输出增益和带外抑制指标进行相关测试,其4个信道增益都大于-40dB,中频带外抑制都低于 60 dBc.该技术方案有效解决了宽带信号利用光下变频方案中的带外抑制难点.

Abstract

Frequency conversion technology in the optical frequency domain has broadband proces-sing capabilities,and the optical frequency conversion module can effectively process signals with a wide frequency range,which facilitates large-capacity and high-speed data transmission at the back end.This paper proposes an electro-optical hybrid frequency conversion channelization module that combines RF filter group channelization and optical down conversion,which realizes 4-route chan-nelization down conversion to 0.5~4.5 GHz IF signals under a large bandwidth of 6~19 GHz,and has good IF channel out-of-band suppression capabilities.The module is simulated and verified based on the Opti-system and Matlab software,and the output gain and out-of-band suppression of the actual module are tested.The gains of its four channels are all more than-40 dB,and the IF out-of-band suppression is less than 60 dBc.The technical solution effectively solves the difficulty of out-of-band suppression in the optical down conversion solution for broadband signals.
