摘要

针对电子设备中包含导热各向异性材料的多层复合结构的热传导问题,运用有限体积法对瞬态三维各向异性导热微分方程进行离散,得到全隐格式的离散方程;通过M atlab编程求解得到瞬态三维温度场,计算表明复合结构的热传导特性与单一的复合材料差别较大,不同热导率材料的有序混合能够显著改善复合材料的导热特性,有效提升结构传热效率,验证了类似PCB板结构导热特性优化设计的可行性,为瞬态三维各向异性导热微分方程的精确求解提供了有效方法.

Abstract

In response to the heat conduction problem of the multilayer composite structure contai-ning thermally anisotropic materials in the electronic equipment,the finite volume method is used to discretize the transient 3D anisotropic thermal conductivity differential equation to obtain the dis-crete equation in full implicit format;the transient 3D temperature field is obtained through Matlab programming,and the calculation shows that the thermal conductivity characteristics of the com-posite structure are quite different from those of a single composite material.The orderly mixing of materials with different thermal conductivities can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of the composite material and effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the structure;the fea-sibility of the optimal design of the thermal conductivity characteristics for similar PCB structures is verified,providing an effective method for the accurate solution of the transient 3D anisotropic thermal conductivity differential equation.
