In response to the problem of corrosion and leakage at the flange of the 5A05 aluminum alloy parts with flow channels,the causes of corrosion and failure for the parts are analyzed through the glassware corrosion test,the chlorine content test,and the galvanic corrosion test of a-luminum alloy and stainless steel in various protection modes for the coolant,and the solution is proposed,which can provide references for similar issues.
