空间计量视角下区域高质量创新影响因素研究

摘要
为探索区域创新质量影响因素,促进区域创新高质量发展,选取2008-2017年中国省际创新活动面板数据,比较后选择空间杜宾模型(SDM)进行实证研究.研究发现,区域前期知识存量具有明显的空间溢出效应,并且这一溢出效应对提升区域创新质量呈现显著正向影响;进一步研究发现,具有博士学历的研发人员对区域创新质量的提高有显著的促进作用.考虑不同形式的空间权重矩阵可能产生的差异后,研究结果依然稳健.
Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors of regional innovation quality and promote high-quality development of regional innovation,this paper selected panel data of inter-provincial innovation activities in China from 2008 to 2017,and then selected Spatial Durbin Model(SDM)for empirical study.It is found that there is an obvious spatial spillover effect in the preliminary knowledge stock of the region,and this spillover effect has a significant positive effect on improving the quality of regional innovation.Further research shows that the research and development personnel with doctor's degree have a significant role in promoting the improvement of regional innovation quality.Despite the possible differences of different forms of spatial weight matrices,the results are still valid.
