数字化水平、技术创新效率与区域经济高质量发展——对面板数据的实证检验
Level of Digitalization,Efficiency of Technological Innovation and High-Quality Development of Regional Economy Based on an Empirical Test of Panel Data

收集2015-2020年中国34个省、自治区、直辖市中30个的面板数据,通过面板数据回归探索数字化水平对区域经济高质量发展的影响机理,同时分析技术创新效率的中介作用和吸收能力的调节作用.结果表明:数字化水平对区域经济高质量发展具有显著正向影响;存在"数字化水平提高→技术创新效率提升→区域经济高质量发展"的影响路径,即数字化水平的提高先作用于技术创新效率,进而间接推动区域经济高质量发展;数字化水平对区域经济高质量发展的提升幅度会受当地人力资本吸收能力的影响,人力资本吸收能力在此过程中发挥着调节作用.
Abstract
We collect panel data from 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2015 to 2020,and explore the influence mechanism of digitalisation level on the high-quality development of regional economy through panel data regression,while analysing the mediating role of technological innovation efficiency and the regulating role of ab-sorptive capacity.The results of the study show that the level of digitisation has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of regional economy,but there exists the influence path of"increasing the level of digitisation onto improving the efficiency of technological innovation onto high-quality development of regional economy".That is,the in-crease in the level of digitisation firstly affects the efficiency of technological innovation,which indirectly pushes the high-quality development of regional economy.The magnitude of the improvement of the digitalisation level on the high-quality development of the regional economy will be affected by the local human capital absorption capacity,which plays a moderating role in this process.
