中国消费环境区域差异、时空演进特征与影响因素

摘要
基于2010-2021年中国省际面板数据,构建消费环境评价指标体系,利用熵权法、Dagum基尼系数分解法、核密度估计法和障碍因子诊断法,深入分析中国消费环境的区域差异、时空演进特征和影响因素.研究发现,中国消费环境发展水平总体指数偏低但逐年递增;区域差异显著但逐年降低.消费环境发展时空演进特征呈现分散化趋势,消费基础设施环境、消费文化环境和消费供给环境发展不佳制约整个消费环境系统发展.最后,基于结论提出相关建议.
Abstract
Based on the inter-provincial panel data of China from 2010 to 2021,the consumption environment evaluation index system is constructed,and the entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,nuclear density estimation method and obstacle factor diagnosis method are used to deeply analyze the regional differences,spatial and tem-poral evolution characteristics and influencing factors of China's consumption environment.The study finds that the overall index of China's consumption environment is low but increasing year by year.Regional differences are significant but de-crease year by year,and inter-regional differences are the main source.The evolution characteristics of China's consumption environment show a trend of decentralization.The poor development of consumption infrastructure environment,consumption culture environment and consumption supply environment are the constraints that affect the development of the whole con-sumption environment system.
