摘要
外部环境的不确定性和不稳定性,需要组织不断进行战略创新与转换,组织战略范式的选择是保证组织战略创新与转换成功的先决条件.项目导向的组织战略范式适应知识经济条件下组织外部环境动态多变的要求,做好项目导向的组织战略转换是组织战略创新成功的保证.
Abstract
The uncertainty and instability of the external environment require organizations to continuously carry out strate-gic innovation and transformation,and the choice of organizational strategic paradigm is the prerequisite to ensure the success of organizational strategic innovation and transformation.The project-oriented organizational strategy paradigm adapts to the dynamic and changeable external environment of the organization under the condition of knowledge economy.The proj-ect-oriented organizational strategy transformation is the guarantee of the success of organizational strategy innovation.
