摘要

以具体的留学基金委博士后项目为例,探讨如何将项目经历与成果有效地孵化为教学资源,与高校工程专业教学融合,提高教育教学质量,培养创新型工程人才.分析成果转化现状,探讨了"自上而下""创课""资源库"与"实践环节"等转化策略,为促进具体项目成果向教学资源转化研究提供了参考.

Abstract

The study takes a specific postdoctoral project of the CSC as an example,discusses how to integrate internation-al academic achievements into engineering professional teaching,improve the quality of education,and cultivate innovative engineering talents.This study first analyzes the current status of achievement transformation,then discusses the transforma-tion strategies of"Top-down","Creating courses","Resource pool",and"Practice part"to support the transformation of in-ternational scientific research results into professional teaching resource.
