MC模拟反射式X光管靶材角度与最强X射线出射角度关系

摘要
为研究最强X射线束的出射角度α随靶材角度θ的变化关系,利用MCNP软件,首先建立了反射式X光管模型,得到了靶角为20°时,空间平面上X射线的强度分布特点,为获得较均匀的X射线,采用与阳极—阴极垂直方向上的窄束长方形区域作为准直孔径的形状.其次确立了靶材角度在10°到30°内,最强X射线束出射角度α与靶材角度θ的关系,对于靶材角度不同时窄束射线准直器孔径开口最佳位置的选择有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
In order to study the relationship between the emission angle α of the high-intensity X-ray beam and the angleθ of target materials,the MCNP software is adopted to establish a reflective X-ray tube model,obtaining the intensity distri-bution characteristics of the X-rays in the space plane at a target angle of 20°.To obtain more uniform X-rays,a narrow beam rectangular area perpendicular to the anode-cathode direction is used as the shape of the collimator aperture.Secondly,the relationship between the emission angle α of the high-intensity X-ray beam and the target angle θ is established within the target angles of 10°to 30°,which has a certain reference value for the selection of the optimum position of the aperture opening for narrow beam collimators with different target angles.
