摘要
以县域科技创新体制为对象,研究廊坊县域科技创新体制机制的改革路径问题.分析了廊坊县域科技创新体制的现状,针对县域科技创新投入不足、县域科技企业培育能力不足、县域人才平台吸引力不大、县域创新环境不佳等问题,提出加大科技创新投入、突出企业主体地位、强化人才平台建设和优化创新服务体系的改革路径,以促进廊坊市创新主体规模壮大、高新技术产业快速发展和科技整体实力的增强.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the reform path of the county-level scientific and technological innovation system in Langfang by analyzing the current situation of the county-level scientific and technological innovation system in Langfang and addresses issues such as insufficient investment in county-level scientific and technological innovation,inadequate ca-pacity for cultivating county-level technology enterprises,limited appeal of county-level talent platforms,and suboptimal county-level innovation environments.Finally,it proposes reform paths including increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation,emphasizing the pivotal role of enterprises,strengthening the construction of talent platforms,and optimizing the innovation service system.These measures aim to promote the expansion of innovative entities,the rapid de-velopment of high-tech industries,and the enhancement of overall scientific and technological strength in Langfang City.
