摘要
基于产业转型对育人的要求,对应用型技术类课程"植物组织培养技术"的教学现状进行剖析,并依照产业转型对课程要求,提出了以提高学生知识综合应用能力、产业服务能力和创新创业能力为目标,任务和案例为载体,实际生产工艺为蓝本,全方位融入CDIO工程技术教育理念的课程改革设想,并从课程目标、教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核考评方式等方面进行了课程教学改革与实践.明确了"能力为本"的课程定位,突出了技术性、实践性和应用性,为其他专业应用课程教学改革探索提供了参考.
Abstract
Based on the requirements of industrial transformation for educating people,the author analyzes the current situ-ation of the applied technology course"Plant Tissue Culture Technology",and,according to the curriculum requirements of industrial transformation,puts forward the idea of curriculum reform which aims at improving students'comprehensive appli-cation ability of knowledge,industrial service ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,takes tasks and cases as carriers,takes actual production technology as the case study,and integrates CDIO engineering technology education concept in an all-round way.The teaching reform and practice of Plant Tissue Culture Technology course are carried out from the as-pects of course objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and means,and assessment methods.The"ability-based"course orientation is clarified,and its technical,practical and applied nature is highlighted,which provides a reference for the exploration of teaching reform of other professional application courses.
