The nine-screen analysis method,functional analysis method and causal analysis method of TRIZ theory are used to analyze the problems of the guide rope wheel components,so as to determine the problems existing in the guide rope wheel device.The"contradiction solution theory"and"field model"are used to carry out an innovative design for the guide rope wheel device,so as to improve its utilization rate and reducing wear.The stress and deformation of the in-novatively designed guide rope pulley are analyzed and verified by using ANSYS software.The results show that the rede-signed guide rope wheel device of endless rope winch can move in the axial direction,increase the working combination area,effectively reduce the wear of wire rope and rope supporting pulley,prolong the service life and improve the utiliza-tion rate.Under production conditions,the maximum stress is 173.69 MPa and the maximum strain is 0.56 mm,which meet the design requirements.
