摘要

在光学实验中,通常需要对激光束进行滤波、扩束与准直等处理.然而,文献中并没有这方面的详细教程,刚接触光学实验的学生在处理激光束的空间针孔滤波与准直时,会存在一些问题且耗时过多,从而严重影响了实验的进度和效果.详细介绍了空间针孔滤波和平行光准直的调节技巧,并配有相关实验器材介绍和实验结果,以期能够帮助初学者快速掌握其调节方法.

Abstract

In optical experiments,it is usually necessary to filter,expand and collimate the laser beam,but literatures did not provide this information.Many students who are new to optical experiments may encounter some problems and spend too much time when dealing with the spatial pinhole filtering and collimation of laser beams,which seriously affects the progress and results of experiments.This paper elaborately introduces the adjustment techniques for spatial pinhole filtering and paral-lel light collimation,and some relevant experimental equipment,and gives a conclusion,hoping to help beginners quickly master the adjustment methods.
