The signing of the RCEP provides a broader platform for China's foreign trade and international investment,and pro-vides more diversified imported products with more favorable prices for domestic consumption.At the same time,China's for-eign trade enterprises are facing increasingly complex RCEP compliance risks,bringing new challenges for enterprises to carry out compliance work.In response to this problem,the government needs to strengthen policy support and establish a compliance index system for foreign trade enterprises.Enterprises should also take the initiative to seek the overall situation and long-term development,and comprehensively improve their compliance capabilities.With the simultaneous efforts of the government and enterprises,the ability to deal with compliance risks is expected to be enhanced.
