An Exploration on the Development of Youth Employment Assistance System in the Context of Chinese-Style Modernization
Constitutional provisions on the implications of the right to life provide the constitutional basis for the Youth Employ-ment Assistance System,and China has basically formed a system of employment assistance under the auspices of the Employ-ment Promotion Law,with local laws and regulations working together,and has established a model of a market-regulated,multi-system linkage and human resources vitality-oriented employment assistance system under the auspices of the Government.The development of the youth employment assistance system in the context of Chinese modernization requires an in-depth analy-sis of the value of human rights,justice,and order of the youth employment assistance system from the perspective of jurispru-dence,and an analysis of the revelation of interest jurisprudence and the theory of social connectionist jurisprudence to the youth employment assistance system from the perspective of social law.Only by clarifying the guiding ideology and goals and tasks of youth employment assistance in China in the new era,establishing a youth-centered employment assistance service system,and continuously improving the legal protection mechanism for youth employment assistance can we promote the development of youth employment assistance in the direction called for by the modernization of the rule of law in China,so as to realize the pro-tection of the rights and interests of young people in employment by means of the rule of good law and good governance.
