The Construction of the"5E"Teaching Mode from the Philosophical Perspective
The educational concept of"integration of knowledge and practice"has always been respected in China.The"5E"teaching mode,based on constructivism,dynamizes the static teaching concepts,transforms the process of students'knowledge acquisition from indirect experience to direct experience,and realizes the teaching goal of"knowing"from"practice"and"prac-tice"from"knowing".This teaching mode is carried out through five aspects—"engagement,exploration,explanation,elab-oration and evaluation",which are indispensable and interrelated.The"5E"teaching mode under the ontology is to explore the origin of"a certain concept"in the interactive process of teacher-student teaching interaction.The"5E"teaching mode under ax-iology is the satisfaction from realizing"self-value"in the process of students'knowledge construction.The"5E"teaching mode under the generative theory is the unification of"object and practice"in the process of students'internalization of new concepts.
