New quality productive forces,characterized by innovation,represent an advanced quality state of productive forc-es and hold significant importance in the construction process of Chinese-style modernization.The development of new quality productive forces is crucially about"excellence in quality",which aligns with the practical needs of high-quality development in rural revitalization in China.In the process of empowering high-quality development in rural revitalization,new quality produc-tive forces are faced with practical challenges such as bottlenecks in infrastructure construction,difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and backward thinking among farmers.To address these issues,efforts should be made in three areas:tailoring top-level design according to local conditions,strengthening the training of agricultural talents,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industries.This will endeavor to enable the empowering role of new quality productive forces in enhancing the welfare of farmers and accelerating agricultural modernization,thereby aiding in the construction and development of modernization in agriculture and rural areas.
