In the ranks of protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritage,the strength and influence of volunteers are un-deniable.In recent years,the volunteer teams from Langfang,Hebei,and Xiangshan,Zhejiang,have shown remarkable per-formance and excellent achievements.The two have their own characteristics in team construction and operation mode,with one in the north and one in the south geographically.Therefore,discussing their similarities,comparing their differences,and in a comparison that does not aim to judge superiority or inferiority,exploring the aspects that are commendable and worth learning from each,and discussing the development path that allows intangible cultural heritage volunteer teams to operate well and sus-tainably,is not only of strong reference significance for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in various regions,but also a valuable supplement to the deficiencies in academic research.
