硝酸分解大峪口磷矿的最佳工艺条件研究

摘要
为利用硝酸分解大峪口磷矿生产磷肥,通过单因素实验考察各种因素对磷矿粉分解率的影响,实验筛选出便于过滤、结晶等后续工序有效进行的酸解反应最佳工艺条件:硝酸用量为理论用量的105%,硝酸w(HNO3)为55%,反应时间为30min,反应温度为50℃,矿粉粒度小于0.542mm(-30目).
Abstract
The effects of various factors on decomposition rate of phosphate rock are studied for the phosphate fertilizer production from nitric acid and Dayukou phosphate rock. The optimum process that is good to filtration and crystallization is screened out:nitric acid amount of 105% theoretical dose, w ( HNO3) of 55% , the reaction time of 30 min, reaction temperature of 50℃ , granularity of Hubei phosphate rock less than 0.542 mm.
