半水法磷酸生产工艺研究

摘要
针对半水法磷酸工艺在高浓度磷酸条件下研究了磷矿粒度、反应温度和反应时间对P2O5转化率的影响,并在不同硫酸浓度条件下测定了反应活性表达式,最后对采用多种游离硫酸浓度条件下的半水流程进行了长周期运行,获得了较优的操作条件,当结晶槽中ρ(SO3游离)为40~50 g/L时P2O5转化率可以达到94.45%.
Abstract
The influences of particle size, reaction temperature and time on conversion ratio of P2O5 are investigated for hemihydrate process WPA production with high concentration of phosphoric acid. The equation expressing reactivity in different concentrations of sulfuric acid is obtained. Finally, the experiment of hemihydrate process under different concentration of sulfuric acid is made in the long term operation so as to obtain the optimum operating conditions. The conversion rate of P2O5 can reach to 94.45% while the concentration of free SO3 is 40 to 50 g /L in the crystallization tank.
