Effect of common ions on collophane and dolomite flotation in carbonate type collophane flotation system
In the flotation process of phosphate rock,a large number of inorganic ions are introduced, which can have a certain impact on flotation. The influence of common inorganic ions on the flotation behavior of collophane and dolomite in the carbonate type collophane reverse flotation system is studied,as well as the surface conversion caused by ion adsorption on the mineral surface is explored. The results show that Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,Al3+and PO43-has an inhibitory effect on mineral flotation with increasing concentration.SO42-and F-has no significant effect on mineral flotation at low concentrations, but has a certain promoting effect at high concentrations; After the mineral is treated with return water, new elemental absorption peaks are detected on the mineral surface through X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, indicating the existence of surface conversion phenomenon in the flotation system.
