脱重磷酸澄清技术研究与应用

针对饲料级磷酸生产中脱重磷酸难澄清和清酸固含量较高的问题,研究澄清剂类型、澄清剂用量、澄清温度、澄清时间、澄清剂添加方式等因素对脱重磷酸澄清效果的影响,寻找最佳澄清工艺条件.结果显示:在70℃下添加0.005 0%的聚天冬氨酸类澄清剂于脱重磷酸中,澄清60min后达到沉降终点,上层清液w(固)低于0.14%;澄清剂等比预混添加效果较好;根据实验结果对装置生产工艺进行优化改造后,脱重磷酸澄清上层清液w(固)降低40%以上,满足超膜过滤机指标要求,清酸产量增加约30%,澄清剂消耗降低6.9%.
Research and application of clarification technology for phosphoric acid after removing heavy metals
In response to the problems of difficult clarification and high solid content of phosphoric acid after removing heavy metals in feed-grade phosphoric acid production,the effects of clarifying agent type,additive dosage,clarification temperature,clarification time and addition method of clarifying agents on the clarification of phosphoric acid after removing heavy metals are investigated to obtain the optimal clarification process conditions.The results show that 0.005 0%polyaspartic acid dispersant is added to phosphoric acid at 70 ℃,and after clarification for 60 min,the settling endpoint is reached,the solid content of upper clear liquid is less than 0.14%;The addition of clarifying agents in equal proportion has better effect.After optimizing the production process of the device based on the experimental results,the solid content of the upper clear liquid is decreased by more than 40%,meeting the requirements of the ultrafiltration machine.The acid output is increased by about 30%,and the consumption of clarifying agents is decreased by 6.9%.
